    I have had these spots on my genitals for over a month. Isn’t it HPV or some other serious disease? Thank you in advance for your answer. You commented on my picture a week ago. This is a close-up.

    They are raised skin lesions due to the presence of sebaceous glands, not signs of HPV infection.
