I noticed a bump on my pubic area 4 weeks ago, it shows up next to one of my pubic hairs. I try to squeez it to see what it is and it swells up and turn red. Unfortunately, l damage it by squeezing too hard.

4 weeks been past, the wound basically heal up and l noticed there is another pubic hair growing on where the bump located before. And no significant sign for the bump to growing back so far.

So, what could that bump be? My last sexual contact is 10 months ago. Could that be just initially stage of ingrown hair? Please help me, l am worried.
