31 male, noticing a few bumps in the middle of the perineum.Their size approximately 1mm.
They appear soft and elastic. When I pull or stretch the skin around them, the bumps deform or stretch along with it.
There is no pain, itching, or unusual sensation. They do not bleed even when manipulated with some force.
My last sexual contact was one year ago.Given that this area experiences regular friction, I am wondering if these could simply be skin tags rather than something viral (like warts).
