    Salve,qualche mese fa sono statoa dal dermatologo con diagnosi micosi unghia all'alluce.Cura con trysod smalto e crema gentalyn.Ogni tanto ho delle fitte all'alluce e si presenta ora così.Prima non avevo alcuna macchia nera.Volevo cortesemente sapere se è presente secondo voi ancora una micosi e se c'è una correlazione con la macchia scura Grazie mille.
