Pelo incarnito ?

Salve dottore , 

Da più di un anno il mio compagno ha un probabile pelo incarnito . Spesso toccandolo esce il pus e si gonfia . Ha applicato varie creme anche a base di cortisone , si sgonfiava però rimane sempre lì 

Cosa gli consiglia di fare per risolvere il problema?
