Acne dietro orecchio?

Buonasera, da ieri ho notato alcuni brufoletti situati dietro l'orecchio, vicino all' attaccatura dei capelli. Non mi prudono ne mi fanno male, ma vorrei sapere se si tratta di acne o cosa altro.

Mi scuso per le foto non perfette, ma non riesco a farne di migliori
