Macchia rossa lato labbro

Salve,circa 2 settimane fa,è apparsa una sorta di macchietta al lato del labbro inizialmente solo molto screpolata e leggermente arrossata ,come se si trattasse solo di screpolatura da freddo,anche perchè ero uscita in giornate fredde e ventose. Ora la screpolatura sembra essere migliorata ma è rimasto il rossore (non reca alcun fastidio). Sto mettendo molto burrocacao e tea tree oil. Cosa potrebbe essere? grazie
