Brufoli sull'asta del pene

Buonasera,

stamattina ho notato queste due specie di brufoli sulla parte inferiore dell'asta. Uno di questi (cerchiato in rosso nella foto) è un po' ferito perché l'ho leggermente lesionato toccandolo. Due anni fa ho avuto condilomi da HPV, è stato un trauma per me, quindi ora sono angosciato che si ripresentino. Mi potrebbe dare un'opinione sulla natura di queste escrescenze?
