Piccola petecchia interno bocca?

Gentile dott. Monti, 

Sporadicamente mi spuntano in bocca delle piccole petecchie (?) come questa che vede in foto, che si riassorbiscono dopo circa 24 36 ore. 

(il rossore intorno alla macchiolina lho stupidamente creato io, toccando la zona)

Quale potrebbe essere la causa?
