Situazione non cambia

Buongiorno dottore, ho provato a non lavarmi per un paio di giorni come mi ha consigliato, ma la situazione non è migliorata. Il prurito persistente non demorde e continuano a comparire macchie. In passato ho avuto la pitiriasi rosea di gibert più volte, ma non mi ha mai causato questo prurito insopportabile. Cosa potrebbe essere e cosa posso fare?!
