Neo di 1 cm sulla spalla di mia figlia

Buongiorno!  

Mia figlia ha tanti nei ma uno in particolare ha catturato la nostra attenzione fin da piccola! Ora ha 15 anni e per caso mi ha chiesto di guardarle il neo che era da tanto che nn controllavo! Il neo(misura circa 1cm) e diventato molto scuro, poroso con bordi allargati color cafelatte! Nel attesa del appuntamento dermatologico , vorrei un opinione se possibile! Allego foto
