Piccolo granellino sul contorno labbra

Buonasera, da qualche mese ho questa piccola bollicina sul contorno delle labbra.  È una specie di granellino indolore ed in punta ha il colore rossastro dei capillari, è molto piccola. Potreste dirmi di che si tratta? Allego una foto. Ho cercato di ingrandire la foto di modo da farla vedere meglio. 

Rimango in attesa un vostro parere.
