Salve, da una decina di giorni ho notato questa strana macchia sulla mia schiena, che non migliora nè peggiora. Poco prima che mi accorgessi di questa lesione, ricordo di essermi grattata in quel punto e di aver rimosso qualcosa, pensando fosse un brufolo secco. Pochi giorni dopo mi è comparsa questa escrescenza. Devo preoccuparmi?
