Unghia nera del piede

Buongiorno Dottore, le scrivo perché ho l’unghia del mignolo del piede nera da più di un mese. Credo di aver subito un trauma, forse un urto però non capisco perché non comincia a crescere e man mano si stacca oppure cade? Cosa ne pensa? Allego foto .
