Gentile Professore, la mia mamma ha 86 anni, cammina poco e le sue gambe sono sempre gonfie. In periodo estivo i piedi sono particolarmente gonfi, la pelle si apre e dalle ferite esce un liquido. Il prurito e il bruciore sono immensi. Come possiamo rimediare? Finora l'antibiotico e le pomate ( meliven crema e lenderm) prescritte dal dermatologo non hanno aiutato. Grazie per la sua disponibilità!
