Salve.

Da qualche settimana ho questi puntini rossi sparsi in tutto il corpo. 

Vorrei sapere se sono petecchie o semplici capillari 

Se li premo o stiro la pelle nella maggior parte dei casi, si schiariscono. 

Sono quasi tutti isolati tranne questi.
