Macchie bianche schiena

Salve, a mio figlio di 25 anni sono comparse queste macchie sulla schiena. Sono presenti da una settimana circa. Non prudono, non sono in rilievo e non sono presenti in altri punti del corpo. Utilizza base lavante Most e non utilizza creme o profumo. È stato da poco in campeggio al lago. 

Deve applicare qualche crema oppure deve attendere?
