Peggioramento dopo 3 settimane di trattamento

Buongiorno Dottore,

da 3 settimane sto eseguendo scrupolosamente il Suo trattamento (glicosal e solo cosmetici most, no creme solari etc) per un melasma non particolarmente accentuato.

Ho notato però un peggioramento, nel senso che mi sembra che il melasma si stia scurendo. Può essere un effetto transitorio, nel mentre che la pelle sta reagendo al trattamento oppure come devo comportarmi?
