Macchia bianca sul glande

Buonasera,

da un po’ di tempo ho questa macchia bianca sul glande. Cosa può essere? 
Sono molto preoccupato. Premetto che non mi da fastidio, non crea dolori.

Potete consigliarmi qualche crema adatta? 
Attualmente sto usando Vea Lipogel.
