Orticaria solo la sera?

Buonasera, ieri sera e questo pomeriggio appena mi stendo sul letto, dopo un po' inizio a grattarmi e compaiono inizialmente degli arrossamenti e successivamente questi pomfi... Altre sere ho già dormito nelle stesse lenzuola senza che accusassi nulla. Non so se ci possono essere delle correlazioni, ma fino a 10 giorni fa avevo la mononucleosi. Grazie
