Escrescenze su dorso della mano e sul polso

Buonasera, ieri ho notato che sul dorso della mano sinistra e sul polso destro sono comparse queste escrescenze, pizzicano e fanno un po’ male, al tatto sono dure, cosa potrebbe essere?
