    Dear Dr. Marcello Monti!

    I would like to inform you that I started again to scratch hard my arms during the night. I observe that sometimes the oinment that I apply (try coal tar, dermictiol) before go to bed has a stinging sensation on my skin at the beggining of application. I do only dry wash with kmno4. What should I try to avoid stinging and scratching? Thank you!

    p.s my face is also in crisis but it is manageable.

    you must still have a lot of patience because the skin during TSW remains unstable for a long time and there is no way to rush to recovery

    Dear Dr. Monti!

    First of all I would like to wish for you and for Dermaclub staff a very happy new year! 
     

    What should I do with my foot? Before I take the picture i used some oinment on the cracked area. Before tsw my skin on the foot was impecable and I never use cortison on my foot.

    Otherwise my tsw is tolerable nowadays.

    Thanks for the good wishes, for hyperkeratosis of the feet for now you can use the Coal Tar cream in the evening and suspend at the end of March.

    Dear. Dr. Marcello Monti,

    Before I start the treatment of TSW according to your protocol I had a shower once per week to avoid infections. During the baths I had pain on my skin from water, it was very sensitive to water. After shower my skin became very dry, and tight, and only after half a day become to normal feeling. Nowadays, when I bath my children (I do it using nitril gloves), when water is splashed accidentaly by my children to my skin I feel that is also so sensitive to water. Is there any hope that this excessive water sensitivity will go away, and i can enjoy the water again like I used to?

    if you have this sensitivity to water it means that your skin is still in TSW and I think you will have a big improvement next summer with sun exposure. If you still have Coal Tar cream you can use it in the evening on your legs until the end of March. If it is finished, ask my studio for it.

    Under my eye I have a wound, I think I scratch it and it is bleedig very easy if I toch it, and heals very hard. What should I do with it?

    it is very probable that it is a vascular lesion and you can see in a few weeks how it evolves, however do not apply any product and do not wet.

    Dear Prof. Monti!

    Every morning I wake up with swollen and wrinkle eyes. During the day swollen and wrinkels are calming a bit, but they remain. This is because of TSW?  After TSW it will be smooth?

    (Unfortunately before TSW (before march of 2020) i put cortisone and elidel on it for a few months.)

    The vascular lesion undr my eye is getting better.

    I would like to add that my sleep is much better than at the begginig of TSW but it is not satisfactory yet because of whole body itching.

    The eyelid area should never be wet and no product should be applied, the return to normal occurs spontaneously at the right time. With the return of the spring sun you will have great benefits, go on Alex.

    Dear Prof. M. Monti,

    I would like to inform you about my vascular lesion under my eyes. Because of TSW unfortunately I scratch it more times, and it was bleeding a lot, and It was very hard to stop bleeding. Now for more than 2 weekes looks like in the photos. What can be done to remove it?  Thank you!
