Noticing a small bump on my inner thigh (groin area) 3 months ago.

It is about 2mm, slightly reflective. It hasn’t changed in size, shape, appearance, and it hasn’t spread. It is painless and non-itchy. It has flexibility, not particularly hard, and has never bled. When I tug at it gently, it easily moves and deforms with the skin without causing any pain. It usually turns slightly red temporary after a long walk.

I have already consulted two GP (non-dermatologists). Both of them believe it is just a skin tag and not a genital wart. Does this sound like a friction-induced skin tag rather than something viral? Thank you!

Last sexual contact is one year ago.
