    Hello,
    I hope you are well. I have had a red spot on my nose for a month. I’m not sure what it is, but in the past few days it seems like it’s slightly increasing in size. It doesn’t hurt, the surface is smooth, it seems a bit raised, and there’s no bleeding. When I touch it, it feels like a very mild burning sensation. I would greatly appreciate your help.
