[Samdermask]

My grandfather is an amputee. Recently, I noticed three small bumps (about 2mm each) near his stoma site. They have some flaky skin or scaling on top. They are completely painless, not itchy, and have not bled.They are located quite close to his scrotum, which is why we are a bit worried. Could these be skin tags or warts? For additional context, he has not been sexually active for several decades.
