This lesion has been present for aroound 2 years and slowly growing. It can be itchy at times, and scaly. At times it can have discharge, then scabs over. It can vary from being inflamed to being dry. More photos available but only 3 can be uploaed. Is this something of concern or benign? What is the diagnosis? Thank you in advance.
