Can anyone tell be what these bumps on my face could be? The ones near my ear have been around for over an year. The other one came up a month ago. They don’t hurt or itch but I get a mild pain if I press it. It’s around 3 mm in size .

I’ve had this bump for around 4 weeks. Is it actinic keratosis or something else ?
It does not hurt or itch.
