I have this reoccurring problem that I need help with. I thought it was some kind of bug or lice infestation. It starts as little black spots and they move through the hair on my head and into my beard and rest of my body where there’s hair. I was given ketoconazole shampoo by my doctor and when I use it the Problem gets worse. It moves and it is painful. Shaving helps a little bit but the stuff moves to other parts where there is hair. I’ve attached a few pictures.
