    Not sure how long this has been on my scalp as I just noticed it a few months ago. It is painless and not itchy. Slightly raised and fleshy to the touch. It does not bother me in the slightest. Any ideas?

    It is likely that this is a benign mole with sebaceous differentiation of the scalp
