Progressive skin condition since puberty. Skin-colored papules began on arms, each with a translucent white “seed” core and coiled hair. Lesions are chronically sore and may inflame or become infected; picking causes significant scarring/hyperpigmentation. Over last 5 years became widespread. Chest/sides progress into boils/cysts diagnosed as hidradenitis suppurativa. Derm labeled remaining lesions keratosis pilaris despite no rough/dry skin. Tried Hibiclens, Amlactin, urea, bleach baths, BP. Currently on doxycycline + topical clindamycin; reduces infection only. Depilatory helps arms/underarms. Requested biopsy/scraping but denied.

These all appear to be folliculitis and not hydros adenitis. I recommend that you eliminate washing and switch to dry cleaning with a potassium permanganate solution as explained on dermaclub.it (English version). Then, in the evening, apply MOST Cream 2 S, applying a small amount of product and massaging in for a long time. After a month of this treatment, write down how you are doing.
