Piccola escoriazione Collo

Buongiorno, da circa due settimane ho questa piccola escoriazione nel collo. Inizialmente il dermatologo mi ha detto che si trattatava appunto di una escoriazione, mentre oggi mi ha chiesto di passare presso il suo studio per un visita con il videotermoscopio. Di cosa potrebbe trattarsi? Può essere un melanoma nodulare? Sono un po' preoccupato
