Escrescenze bianca ricorrente nel naso

Da anni ormai in presenza di allergia o raffreddore  compare nel naso un escrescenza bianca che brucia, diventa progressivamente più "secca" e si taglia, addirittura si riesce a staccare pezzi. Se ne va e torna. Per la prima volta dopo 4 anni ora oltre che nella narice destra è nella sinistra. Io ho raffreddore e tosse.
